Summary: As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will develop end-to-end testing architectures using new and innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the implementation of effective testing strategies, providing technical leadership, and guiding the team in achieving quality objectives. You will also engage in strategic discussions to enhance the overall quality engineering processes within the organization, ensuring that the testing frameworks are robust and scalable to meet the evolving needs of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Evaluate and recommend new testing tools and technologies to improve testing efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Ability to design and implement automated test scripts for various applications. - Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
