Position: Quality Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to lead and manage quality assurance initiatives across production processes and product lines. The candidate should have experience in quality control, with strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in maintaining and improving quality systems in manufacturing or engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and final products.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and procurement to resolve quality challenges.
Monitor quality KPIs, conduct data analysis, and provide reports to senior management.
Train and mentor junior QC staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes.
Interface with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters, including audits and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
Ensure proper documentation, including quality records, inspection reports, and audit findings.
Participate in internal and external audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Support regulatory and safety compliance relevant to the industry and product line.
Desired Skills and Competencies:Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics Engineering.
Experience: 8-10 years in Manufacturing / Engineering company in a similar role.
