Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and inspect all civil, structural, and finishing works to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
Prepare and maintain quality checklists, inspection reports, and test records.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants for quality-related issues.
Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures, material approvals, and method statements.
Conduct material testing and ensure documentation of test results.
Maintain records for calibration, test reports, and inspection requests (IRs).
Identify and report non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and verify implementation.
Support audits and quality reviews conducted by the client or internal teams.
Assist in preparing quality documentation (ITP, NCR, MIR, etc.).
Requirements:
Qualification:
Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
2-8 years (depending on project scale).
Skills:
Knowledge of QA/QC procedures in construction projects.
Understanding of IS codes, concrete, and material testing.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and ensure compliance on site.
