• Prepare and execute detailed test scripts across functional and non-functional areas
• Document issues with clarity and collaborate on root cause analysis
• Develop, refine, and maintain test plans aligned with Agile practices
• Report quality metrics and provide insights into testing effectiveness
• Support compliance with data privacy and security protocols
• Actively participate in sprint planning, grooming, and stand-ups in Agile environments

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Solid understanding of software testing principles and lifecycle
• Bachelor's degree required (technical discipline preferred)
• CSQE certification or QA-related certification is an added advantage
