We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Vapi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, identifying defects and implementing corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct regular inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
2. Identify defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
3. Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
4. Collaborate with production team to ensure quality standards are met.
5. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for quality improvement.
6. Prepare and submit quality control reports to management.
7. Maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
Requirements
1. 2 years of experience in quality control or related field.
2. Diploma or degree in engineering or related field.
3. Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Certification in quality control or related field (e.g. ISO 9001).
2. Experience in manufacturing or related industry.
3. Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and other quality control tools.
