Job Summary:

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities meet the required quality standards, specifications, and project requirements. The role involves implementing QA/QC procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to real estate construction norms and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) systems at project sites. Conduct inspections for materials, workmanship, and construction methods to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and test records. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality issues. Ensure material testing and verification as per IS codes and standards. Review and approve inspection test plans (ITPs) and method statements. Identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions. Monitor execution quality for structural, finishing, and waterproofing works. Support internal and external quality audits. Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards at the site.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering. 3-7 years of experience in QA/QC within

Real Estate or Construction projects
