Job Description

The Quality Engineer will handle inspections, quality control, and support ISO 9001 processes to ensure high-quality electronic products and smooth manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and final electronic products. Check PCB/SMT assemblies and ensure they meet quality standards. Handle customer complaints and prepare RCA, CAPA, and 8D reports. Coordinate with suppliers for material issues and corrective actions. Maintain inspection sheets, test reports, and quality documentation. Use QC tools like multimeter, oscilloscope, microscope, LCR meter, etc. Support continuous improvement, 5S, and ESD compliance.

ISO 9001 Responsibilities

Follow and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS). Prepare/update SOPs, records, and documents as per ISO requirements. Support internal audits and implement corrective actions. Ensure all quality and production processes align with ISO 9001 standards.

Skills Required

Knowledge of PCB/SMT manufacturing Basic RCA, CAPA, and QC tools Understanding of IPC standards Good communication & documentation skills

Pay: ₹401,269.67 - ₹600,000.00 per year
