Job Opening: Quality Engineer - Aerospace Industry

Location: Patancheru, Hyderabad

Role: Quality EngineerKey Responsibilities:Perform in-process, final inspection, and first-article inspection (FAI) for aerospace components.Ensure compliance with AS9100, customer specifications, and internal quality standards.Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical documents, and GD&T.Prepare and maintain quality documentation including inspection reports, NCRs, CAPA, deviation notes, etc.Support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.Coordinate with production, engineering, and customer quality teams.Conduct audits and participate in internal quality system activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or related engineering streams.1-4 years of experience in Quality Inspection or Quality Assurance in the aerospace/precision manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of GD&T, measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, CMM basics, etc.).Understanding of AS9100 standards (added advantage).Good communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):Experience in FAI (AS9102).Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, CAPA tools.Exposure to CMM/3D measurement tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
