Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Quality Assurance & Control

Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and systems. Conduct inspections and testing of materials, components, and finished products. Review product specifications and technical drawings to ensure compliance. Monitor production processes and identify deviations from quality standards.

2. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), CAPA documents, and audit records. Ensure adherence to ISO standards and support certification audits.

3. Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions

Investigate quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with production, procurement, and engineering teams to resolve quality problems.

4. Supplier Quality Management

Evaluate suppliers and conduct supplier audits when required. Monitor incoming materials and ensure they meet quality specifications. Work with suppliers to improve quality performance.

5. Continuous Improvement

Lead and support initiatives related to Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.

6. Compliance & Safety

Ensure compliance with company quality policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Promote safe working practices during inspections and testing.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, RCA, SPC, 7 QC Tools). Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001 preferred). Proficiency in MS Office and quality-related software.
