Responsibilities include:

Implementation & Maintenance

Develop, implement, and maintain QMS & EMS procedures, manuals, and documentation. (OH&S procedure will be an added advantage) Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. (ISO 45001 will be added advantages) Conduct internal audits and support external audits (certification & surveillance). Conduct internal audits and support external audits (related to product safety - UL/CSA/EMTAC) and maintain the records & reports - will be an added advantage

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure compliance with applicable environmental laws and regulations. Maintain records related to waste management, emissions, and resource utilization.

Process Monitoring & Improvement

Monitor key processes for quality and environmental performance. Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions. Drive continual improvement initiatives across departments.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare reports on QMS & EMS performance for management review. Maintain accurate documentation for audits and certifications. Maintain the calibration tracker and organize the calibration as per schedule - added advantages

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards (Internal audit certifications must, Lead auditor certificates will be an added advantages). Experience in internal auditing and root cause analysis. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and QMS/EMS software tools if any Proficient with software applications like MS Excel & MS Outlook Written and verbal communications in English Works well under pressure

Readily Adapts- Demonstrates the ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when encountering changes in the workplace. Invites feedback and learns from missteps (i.e.: Seeks to understand changes; maintains positive attitude when dealing with change; makes appropriate behavioral adjustments when needed. Strong interpersonal skills and highly motivated Highly organized and ability to follow processes and procedures Effectively manage changes, stress, and ambiguity Ability to understand the Engineering Change Management Process and PLM Release process
