Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain quality assurance processes, standards, and documentation Conduct root-cause analysis (

RCA)

and lead corrective/preventive actions

(CAPA

) Perform inspections, audits, and product testing Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations to resolve quality issues Implement statistical process control (

SPC

) and data-driven methods Support compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / AS9100 (as applicable) Prepare quality reports and metrics for management reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related) 2-5+ years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance Knowledge of QA methodologies, inspection tools, and quality systems Familiarity with

GD&T, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA

, etc. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes Certifications

(CQE, Six Sigma

, etc.) are a plus Support continuous improvement initiatives

(Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA

)

Pay: ₹25,184.47 - ₹55,661.55 per month
