Check the quality of chair components (frames, bases, arms, castors, gas lifts, mechanisms).
Inspect in-process and final finished chairs.
Verify chair height, mechanism function, and overall setting.
Check fabric, stitching, and upholstery quality.
Do castor testing and ensure chairs meet quality standards.
Record defects, prepare reports, and coordinate for corrective and preventive actions (CA/PA).
Maintain quality documents and follow safety procedures.
Candidate Requirements:
B.E. Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing/quality.
Male candidate preferred.
Basic knowledge of mechanical components and inspection tools.
