Hiring for Quality engineers in automobile manufacturing industries, Diploma/BE candidates both freshers and experienced candidates are apply(Permanent job)

1.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Certifications:

ISO 9001, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), IATF 16949, or other relevant certifications in quality management or automotive quality standards.

Experience:

Typically, 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering or quality control within the automobile industry or a similar manufacturing environment. Familiarity with

automotive standards

such as IATF 16949, TS16949, and VDA. Hands-on experience with

testing and inspection procedures

in automotive production (e.g., using CMM machines, vision systems, and other testing tools). Experience with

lean manufacturing

principles and tools like

Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

and

Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

Responsibilities:

Quality Control:

Oversee the testing, inspection, and validation processes to ensure products meet both customer and regulatory quality standards.

Process Improvement:

Continuously assess manufacturing processes and recommend improvements to minimize defects, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.

Supplier Quality Management:

Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components before they enter the production line.

Root Cause Analysis:

Lead investigations into product failures or defects and identify their root causes, implementing corrective actions.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of quality control processes, test results, corrective actions, and audits. Ensure all compliance documents are accurate and up-to-date.

Training:

Train production staff and suppliers on quality procedures, standards, and best practices.

Audit and Reporting:

Conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality standards. Provide detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
