Job Description

Develop and implement quality systems:

Create and maintain quality standards, control systems, and inspection protocols.

Inspect and test:

Conduct regular audits and inspections of materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure they meet specifications.

Troubleshoot and analyze:

Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective actions and solutions.

Collaborate:

Work with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers, to address quality issues and implement improvements.

Ensure compliance:

Make sure that processes and products comply with relevant regulatory, safety, and industry standards.

Document and report:

Maintain accurate quality documentation, including inspection reports and test results, and prepare quality reports.

Provide training:

Train other employees on quality control standards, processes, and procedures. Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods. Experience with quality management systems (QMS). Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
