Job Description

Responsible for in-process and final inspection of CNC machined parts,

preparing quality documents (PPAP, control plan),

handling customer complaints, supporting audits, and ensuring ISO compliance.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Sound knowledge of

engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining tolerances

. Hands-on experience in

CMM measurement, Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and Thread Gauge

. Strong analytical skills with experience in

root cause analysis and problem-solving tools

. Working knowledge of

ISO documentation, PPAP, FMEA, and control plans

. Good communication skills for

customer interaction and cross-department coordination

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech - Mechanical or Production Engineering

Experience:

2-5 years in Quality Assurance / Quality Control, preferably in

CNC machining or precision component manufacturing industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
