Job Description

We are hiring a Mechanical Engineer (Fresher or with up to 1 year of experience) for the role of Quality Engineer. The candidate will assist in inspection processes, monitor quality standards, maintain documentation, and help improve product quality on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure product compliance. Maintain accurate inspection and testing records. Support in implementing corrective and preventive actions. Assist in quality audits and internal process reviews. Handle measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, etc. Communicate with production and design teams on quality issues.

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of mechanical drawings, GD&T, tolerances. Knowledge of inspection tools and quality systems. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word). Willing to learn and work in a factory environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. 0 to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
