Mission
Key missions of the position:

• Assuring Product / Customer & Transfer of Technology (TOT) for achieving Milestone
• Handling Project Tools like APQP and aligning with Integrated management system WMS & IMS / IRIS

Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:

• Ensuring Design Standards are respected, Critical characteristics identified & defined in PFMEA & Control plans and respected.
• Knowledge in APQP, PPAP & Handling customer Portal is well appreciable
• Analytical skills with working Knowledge in 8D , QRQC OPS Vision
• Ensure Preparation of Inspection planning sheet & Testing Plan (Assembly & Testing Check sheets) for new product development
• Smart skill interaction with internal as well as external customer alignment and co- ordinating with CFT for achieving project Milestone
• Ensuring new production process validation, conducting Internal FAI & Customer FAI clearing without Open points
• Heading CFT team to fulfil the TOT Project QA document requirement -Assembly & Testing creating PDI check sheet against customer Interface
• Handling product or process related changes inline with ECR / PCR.
• Represent to Customer within Faiveley on Quality matters (communication/Escalation)
• Actively involved with Plant QRQC - CFT review related to design, product, process failures)
• Active Participation of preparing Project or Product DFMEA/PFMEA/ Control plan etc,
• Involvement & active coordination with field service team & Wabtec Global team for understanding Product related constraints
• Alignment with Filed service team to get the failed product for fixing RCA with standard Wabtec tool.
• Hands on experience in handing customer return products as per standard operating procedure.
• Adequate Skill competency is required for Presenting the RCA & LLC to Internal as well as External customer.
• Good in audit for conducting Process, Special process WPS & WPQR product Audit as per the Standard Operating procedure
• Training to organised for CFT team for improving Process & Product related issue against the customer issues
• Ensure monitoring & Implementation of Engineering change part or products.
• Visit to customer end for getting product feedback attending warranty & Zero Kilometre complaints.
• Responsible for achievement of target sets as per JD
• Provided with authority to initiate containment issue related to non-conformance until fixing RCA
• Approving Quality wall - Clearing good product to move FG area
• Authorisation of clearing Picking list for invoicing
• Attending virtual meetings with Wabtec Global team & Customers
• Ensuring active participation of Kaizen blitz & Shainin Project
• Solution to be provided for achieving organisational growth & target milestone

Education/Training: BE in Mechanical Engineering
Professional Experience: 8 to 10 Years’ Experience handling Projects
