Job Summary

We are looking for a

Quality Engineer with a Civil Engineering background

, preferably having hands-on experience in

Ready Mix Concrete (RMC)

. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality control, testing, compliance with standards, and maintaining quality documentation at the plant/site.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure quality control Conduct and supervise

raw material testing

Maintain quality records, test reports. Coordinate with production, batching plant, and site teams for quality-related issues Investigate quality complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions Ensure proper curing, sampling, and testing procedures at plant and site Support audits (internal/external) and ensure adherence to quality systems Train plant and site staff on quality practices and SOPs
Qualifications

Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering

Experience

2-5 years

of experience in

Quality / QA-QC

RMC experience preferred

Exposure to batching plant operations will be an added advantage
Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

RMC quality control procedures

Good documentation and reporting skills Ability to work independently at plant/site Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate Profile

Civil Engineering background Experience in

RMC / construction material industry

Willing to work at

Sinnar location

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
