Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, B.E Mechanical

Experience:

2 - 7 years

Job Roles & Responsibility:
The Quality Management Executive is responsible for overseeing quality assurance activities to ensure that all products, services, and processes meet the organization's standards. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and continuous improvement to drive overall quality performance and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, promoting skill development and alignment with company goals.
- Introduce and maintain advanced quality control techniques across production, installation sites, and dispatch.
- Conduct equipment quality inspections including surface roughness, dimensional checks, and pre-dispatch checks.
- Manage client communications related to QC clearances and provide production and quality updates.
- Perform vendor and equipment quality assessments to ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation including quality checklists, inspection reports, and daily reports as per company policies.
- Monitor quality metrics and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues.
- Identify root causes of quality problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Continuously update and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) based on incidents and performance data.
- Establish and enforce standardized quality procedures, checklists, and testing guidelines for consistent quality assurance.
