Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Handling Incoming Inspections and provide report. Production line material verify with customer specifications. Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and compliance reports. Ensure documentation aligns with quality management systems and ISO standards. PPAP documentations as per the standards. Customer offering before dispatch. Investigate quality issues and defects to determine root causes. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions. Work with customers to understand quality expectations and resolve any quality-related concerns or issues. Renewal of Calibration instruments and it's services. Handling portable CMM equipment and reports.

Preferred candidate profile:

Diploma/UG degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience in CNC machine shop. Ability to handle quality instruments. Possess basic computer skills with experience in MS Office. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience: 4 - 12 years
