We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in the gearbox manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards, comply with industry regulations, and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures specific to gearbox manufacturing. Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and production, to address quality concerns and improve processes. Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance records. Conduct supplier audits to ensure adherence to quality standards. Train production staff on quality control processes and best practices. Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements related to gearbox manufacturing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the gearbox or automotive industry. Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, FMEA, and SPC. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt). Hands-on experience with gearbox manufacturing processes and testing equipment.
