Job Description

The Quality Engineer ensures all products meet stringent quality standards and customer expectations. The role involves implementing and maintaining quality assurance systems, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Control

Develop and implement quality control processes for hydraulic cylinders. Conduct inspections and tests during production and final assembly stages to ensure product compliance. Oversee lab tests, including Millipore, weld penetration, paint titration, and endurance testing. Analyze quality test results and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Create, update, and maintain quality documentation, such as inspection plans, SOPs, and control plans. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to customer and regulatory requirements.

Process Improvement

Identify root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Use statistical methods and quality tools to analyze processes and recommend improvements. Drive Lean, Six Sigma, or other initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Customer Focus

Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related concerns and audits. Investigate customer complaints, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.

Team Collaboration

Train production staff on quality standards and best practices. Collaborate with R&D, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure consistent quality
