Position Summary:-


Experienced Integrated Management System (IMS) professional with [5+] years of expertise in implementing, maintaining, and auditing ISO standards including ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 (Quality)



Essential Functions:-

Conduct internal audits and facilitate external certification audits. Identify and assess environmental and safety risks; recommend mitigation strategies. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance related to EHS standards. Develop and deliver training programs on environmental and safety pract Monitor and report on KPIs related to environmental impact and workplace safety. Investigate incidents and near-misses; implement corrective and preventive actions. Liaise with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and sustainability. Maintain documentation and records as per ISO requirements. Preparation of quality reports like PDI, Layout and PPAPs documentation. Performing process capability study,MSA study Performing root cause analysis, implementation of corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field. and 5 years experience in automobile indutry.

Additional Information

Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation/auditing. Certification in IATF 16949 is prefered. Experience in Quality Tools. (SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP and FMEA) Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and ESG reporting. Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or heavy industry sectors. Good communicative competence and assertiveness * Good negotiating skills with internal team and customers
