Key Responsibilities:

Operate fabrication equipment (cutting, welding, bending, grinding, etc.) to produce components as per drawings. Perform surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, blasting, and masking before coating. Apply powder coating using spray guns and ensure uniform coverage, proper curing, and finish. Monitor and maintain coating equipment, ovens, and tools for optimal performance. Inspect finished products for quality, thickness, adhesion, and color accuracy. Follow safety guidelines, workplace cleanliness, and preventive maintenance schedules. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily/weekly production targets. Maintain records of work orders, materials used, and coating batches.
Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fabrication / Industrial Coating or equivalent. 2-3 years of experience in powder coating and fabrication. Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques (welding, cutting, drilling, assembly). Familiarity with different powder coating processes, materials, and curing techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Knowledge of workplace safety standards.
