Job Description
Allocate final control inspection activity to Final control operators Maintaining and updating the Training module Training to the new joined operators Timely Analysis of customer complaint and monitoring of corrective actions on customer complaint Publish the Weekly performance Final control report and Short-term reliability failure reports. Analysis of Top faults 3 faults in PDCA way for the lots rejected at Final control and initiative corrective actions Carryout Dock Audit at Loni Warehouse for the Auto customers Submit sample inspection reports as required by sampling dept. Preparation & updation of ABC List of RM. Audit of Local Suppliers to improve supplier\'s quality. Monitoring & tracking for Whisker & Lead content. Belt complaint analysis & corrective actions through 8D approach from supplier. Raising complaints of RM & initiate corrective action at suppliers end through 8D. Inspection of damaged consignment & circulation of reports to Store & Purchase so as to claim for insurance.
