SNT is also in the leading Position for executing customized cryogenic systems projects for knowledge and technology sector like Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) Institute For Plasma Research (IPR) , Nuclear Power Plant like : No. of Position : - 01 Position : - Quality Engineer. Department : - Q.A. Location : - Local to Wai, Satara, M.H. Area preferred. Education / Qualification : - Bachelors in Engineering \xe2\x80\x93MECH, INSTRUETION. Experience : - 2 years Salary : - 20 K TO 25 K-Negotiable / Responsibilities: To handle all QA/QC activities in the manufacturing of cryogenic equipment such as pressure vessels, Vaporizers and vacuum insulated piping. Desired profile of the candidate A) Quality Engineer familiar with manufacturing of pressure vessel, heat exchanger, boiler, reactors, Piping and skid mounted assemblies. B) Competent with inspection of manufacturing activities such as welding, fitting, painting etc. C) Competent with generating QAP, Weld NDE plan & Weld map D) Competent with Material Inward Inspection and recording of Material Receiving Inspection Report. E) Competent with making Stage Inspection Reports F) Competent with coordination with Third Party Inspection Agencies for inspection visits. G) Competent with generating Final Quality Dossier. H) Familiar with preparation and revalidation of WPS, PQR & WPQ I) Familiar with ASNT Level II for LPT, MPT, UT, RT J) Basic knowledge of ASME Sec VIII Div 1, ASME Sec V, ASME Sec IX K) Should be very good in persuasive communication in oral and written format.
