With a team of about 500 people worldwide, we have reached tens of thousands of farms in 30 countries with clean energy & fertilizer, and we are growing fast. We are on a mission to reduce 1% of global GHG emissions and transform food systems!
By the end of 2025, our goal is to have installed biodigesters for a million people with our technology where they lack access to clean, renewable, and cost-effective energy. Your mission at Sistema.bio
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible to manage activities within the production team for quality structure of reactor manufacturing, internal quality audits and risk analysis for each process, customer grievance response by providing 8D, and prioritizing amends within the manufacturing system.
You’ll be in charge of:

• 
  
• Implementing and improving quality circles.
• Reducing the rejection percentage.
• Monitoring customer complaints with effective process improvement planning.
• Performing regular quality assessments on all incoming materials and outgoing products for shipping.
• Making reports on all materials/products that fail to meet quality expectations and rejecting those which don't qualify with quality standards.
• Documenting inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
• Resolving quality-related issues in a timely manner.
• Auditing the supplier’s as per scheduled plan.
• Maintaining ISO 9001:2015 documentation.

• You have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• You have a minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Control/Assurance filed from reputed firms preferably from the automobile/ manufacturing sector.
• You have excellent written & verbal skills in english.
• You have the ability to work with a multicultural team and a proven experience as a leader.
• You must have the knowledge of 7QC tools, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, product audit, process audit & 8D report.
