Key Responsibilities:

Ensure quality control processes are strictly followed during production and dispatch of building materials. Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products. Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports as per company standards. Coordinate with the production and R&D teams for quality improvements. Conduct routine testing of materials (cement, aggregates, concrete etc.) to ensure compliance with BIS/ISO standards. Implement corrective actions in case of quality deviations. Participate in internal audits and assist in external audits.

Candidate Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience:

1 to 3 years in a Quality Control/Quality Assurance role in building materials, construction, or similar industries

Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with IS codes, concrete mix designs, lab testing procedures, and quality documentation

Communication Skills:

Good communication and reporting skills

Mobility:

Must be willing to relocate or travel to Ahmedabad for face-to-face interview

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
