Quality Engineer Powder Coating
Job Description
Position - Quality Engineer - Powder Coating Qualification - B.Tech(Mechanical)/ Diploma in Mechanical. Experience - 4 to 5 years. Industry - Agriculture Implement Industry. Job Profile - 1. Responsible for overall control over input material, shot blasting, powder coating and baking process.
2. Responsible for DFT, SST, IMPECT Test, BEND Test, GLOSS Test, HARDNESS Test, Xylene Rub test etc.
3. Responsible for ISO, TPM, TQM and Quality System activities related to paint quality.
4. Responsible for maintain seven tank process and maintain its parameter according to P-H value and Titration.
5. Knowledge of Kaizen process, 5S, PFMEA, HIRA, 7 QC Tools and Lean System. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Schedule:
- Day shift
- Amargarh Punjab, Maler Kotla, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Quality assurance: 3 years (Required)
