Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes in line with ISO, or customer-specific standards.
Define inspection standards, sampling plans, and acceptance criteria.
Support APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and related documentation (where applicable).
2. Process & Product Quality
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings.
Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and dimensional verification.
Validate process capability (Cp, Cpk) and drive continuous improvements.
3. Auditing & Compliance
Conduct internal audits (process, system, product) and support external/customer audits.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Maintain documentation and records traceability.
4. Non-Conformance & Corrective Actions
Identify and document non-conforming material.
Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using tools such as 5-Why, Fishbone, or 8D.
Implement and verify corrective/preventive actions.
5. Measurement & Testing
Ensure calibration of measuring instruments.
Develop testing procedures and validation methods.
Analyse test data and prepare quality reports.
