?Eventrics Multi Tasking Solutions is hiring a Senior Quality Engineer for a leading Manufacturing Plant in Palghar. We are looking for an experienced professional with 4 to 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) to lead plant-level operations.
?Responsibilities
?Monitor product quality at every stage of the manufacturing production line
?Implement and maintain ISO quality standards and safety protocols
?Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and implement corrective actions
?Manage and train the team of quality inspectors
?Prepare quality reports and documentation for audits
?Collaborate with the production team to reduce wastage and rejection rates
?Ensure compliance with industry safety and quality regulations
?Requirements
?4 to 7 years of proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a Manufacturing setup
?Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field
?Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance standards and methodologies
?Experience with ISO documentation and audits
?Leadership skills to manage a quality inspection team
?Ability to work on-site at the Palghar Plant
