Experience in quality inspection or painting processes in a manufacturing setup.
Knowledge of quality standards, tools, and documentation.
Good understanding of surface preparation, coating, and finishing processes (for Painting Engineer role).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality improvement.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with production teams.
Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering
