Role Overview:

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team and contribute to ensuring the highest levels of quality across our products, processes, and client implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality assurance practices in the manufacturing domain, especially in precast or related industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities: Process Quality Control:

Monitor and inspect precast production processes and ensure adherence to defined quality standards Implement and improve process control systems to reduce defects and variability Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and quality checklists Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action for non-conformities

Product & Solution QA:

Inspect and test installed automation systems and software solutions at client sites Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure solutions meet quality and performance expectations Verify calibration and performance of sensors, PLCs, and data acquisition systems used in precast automation

Client Support & Reporting:

Support client teams in resolving on-site quality issues during implementation and operation Prepare technical reports, test documentation, and compliance certificates Assist in audits and ensure all solutions meet regulatory and client-specific standards

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of

quality assurance principles

and

statistical process control

Familiarity with

ISO 9001

or similar quality standards Knowledge of

precast concrete manufacturing processes

is highly preferred Hands-on experience with

QA/QC tools

, inspection techniques, and basic instrumentation Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and process flows Good communication and report-writing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or related engineering fields 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or precast environment (internships considered for freshers) Knowledge of automation systems, PLCs, or industrial software is a plus Familiarity with tools like Excel, Minitab, or quality reporting software
