Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Quality System Management:

Maintain quality management systems (QMS) and control plans to ensure products and processes meet standards.

Product and Process Inspection:

Conduct detailed inspections and tests on materials, equipment, processes, and finished products at various stages to identify defects.

Data Analysis & Problem Solving:

Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends and root causes of issues, and then implement corrective and preventive actions.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations and industry standards.

Documentation:

Create and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).

Audits:

Conduct internal and external quality audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

Work closely with design engineers, manufacturing teams, and other departments to address quality issues throughout the product lifecycle.

Troubleshooting:

Provide technical support on the production floor to help resolve immediate quality-related problems.

Training:

Provide training and guidance to other employees on quality control procedures and standards.
