Job description (Quality Engineer) Roles and Responsibilities 1.Testing of finished product (Blocks) as per BIS norms. 2.Keeping records as per BIS standards and tracking all requisite BIS approvals and other statutory approvals, renewals etc. 3.Consistent quality of all our products should be maintained and ensured with minimum rejection 4.Handling of customer complaints and thereafter corrective measures Taking care of Production. 5.Assure quality parameters during production process. 6.Highlight key areas of improvement at people/processes/product level. 7.Ability to summarize findings and present to senior audience. 8.Establish methods/processes proactively to improve overall seller experience through improving the quality framework. 9.Ensuring process adherence and compliance through defined audit framework. 10. internal and external calibrations, address variance issues and track Conduct improvement on understanding of expected quality standards. Desired Candidate Profile Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to handle ambiguity and stakeholder management.
