Position Title:

Engineer - Quality (Civil)

Experience:

3 to 4 years

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Salary Range:

Rs. 25,000 - Rs.25,000 per month (based on experience & technical assessment)

Reporting To:

Engineer - Quality (Civil)

Key Responsibilities:

Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure adherence to company and project quality standards.

Perform inspection and approval of reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, finishing works, etc.

Verify material quality as per technical specifications and test certificates.

Prepare and maintain quality records, test reports, and inspection formats.

Coordinate with execution teams, consultants, and third-party labs for testing and approvals.

Identify and report non-conformance issues; follow-up for corrective actions.

Train and guide junior engineers or site staff on QA/QC practices.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, IS codes, and construction materials.

Hands-on experience in preparing ITPs, WIRs, and MIRs.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and QA documentation.

Good coordination and communication skills.
