Quality Control and Quality Assurance Responsible for monitoring daily activities to ensure quality of work in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice that only approved materials used in compliance with shop drawings and report about the same to the Senior Management. (Site and Factory) Preparation & submission of MIR & WIRs to consultant for inspections. ? Prepare Site Quality observation/NCRS Report for rectification of NCs. Monitor progress of work, control material-procurement and cost of execution & quality of works. (Factory) Manage project right from scratch including quality meetings, coordinating with other services, handling various queries and interacting with Project and Design team personally. (Site and Factory) Prepare planning schedule, Inspection and test plans; monitor quality of works as per the specifications & drawings, issue invoices and maintain quality documents. (Site and factory) Responsible for monitoring Mock up (Visual & Performance) test which will be conducted by third party in presence of client and consultant. (Mock up) In charge in materials inspection, production control and accurate documentation of QA/QC procedures. Responsible for implementing QA/QC plan & procedure. Inspect the execution work as per approved drawing and specification. Prepare Quality Observation Reports/NCR's. Co-ordinate with all department to close NCR's. Review drawings prior to inspections. Effective in identifying non-conformities of works and proposed corrective actions ensuring that is being done properly and correctly during re-construction. Inspect the storage requirements of all the materials. Establish and maintain procedures to ensure that the works comply with the specified requirements. * Ensure the implementation of project QA/QC work instruction.
