The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that laser-cut components meet customer specifications, drawings, and applicable quality standards. The role involves inspection, documentation, customer coordination, and continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure product quality as per customer drawings and specifications
Perform in-process and final inspection of laser-cut components
Handle customer complaints, quality issues, and corrective actions
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records
Coordinate with production for root cause analysis and improvement
Monitor rejection, rework, and preventive action activities
Ensure compliance with ISO and internal quality standards
Use and maintain measuring instruments effectively
Qualifications:
Diploma Electrical / BE in Mechanical Engineering
Knowledge of laser cutting and sheet metal processes preferred
Experience:
06 month -3 years
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may apply
