Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
We are looking for a Quality Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, driving process improvements, and maintaining compliance with quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Control & Assurance
Develop and implement QMS documents, including formats, forms, and quality procedures.
Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure products meet automotive industry standards and customer requirements.
Conduct inspections, testing, and internal audits to monitor product quality.
Analyze test data and production processes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
Supplier & Vendor Quality Management (Incoming, In-Process & Final Quality)
Manage incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
Evaluate and audit supplier quality systems and processes.
Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve product quality.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the suspension/automotive industry will be preferred.
Mandatory working knowledge of ISO and IATF standards.
Experience in automotive manufacturing is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
