Responsibilities

Ensure implementation of the Quality Management System. Assist and coordinate with the QHSE Team Leader and all personnel assigned to the project in establishing an overall Company Quality Management Plan based on the Company's QHSE Management standards and project requirements. Advise on setting up improvement guidelines for the Company Quality Management System for employees. Ensure improvements are implemented and results are communicated to staff. Responsible for ensuring that Company Quality Management policies, plans, and procedures are implemented effectively and are suitable for their intended purposes. Report Project Quality Audit Results. Implement and monitor Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures at project sites. Ensure adherence to building codes, IS standards, safety, and company quality policies. Review and approve quality documents such as method statements, inspection test plans, and checklists. Coordinate with third-party labs for material and structural testing. Maintain records of all quality inspections, test reports, and certifications. Prepare and submit quality reports and compliance documents to management. Ensure subcontractors and vendors comply with quality requirements. Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to standards. Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements in quality practices. Support the project team in implementing corrective and preventive measures.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in managing construction projects. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, building codes, and regulations. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Sound understanding of construction safety protocols and best practices. Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, IS codes, and regulatory requirements. Hands-on experience in civil, structural, finishing, and MEP quality checks. Good knowledge of QA/QC documentation and compliance. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and quality management software. Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
