Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949) for lighting product manufacturing.
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of lighting components (LEDs, drivers, housings, optics, etc.).
Analyze quality issues related to lighting performance, color consistency, lumen output, and electrical parameters.
Monitor supplier quality performance and conduct supplier audits for lighting components and materials.
Collaborate with R&D and Production teams to ensure new lighting products meet design and regulatory requirements.
Support testing activities -- photometric, thermal, and electrical -- in line with IEC, BIS, and UL standards.
Implement continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma or Lean principles.
Train production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures.
