Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products in accordance with industry standards. This position involves working closely with manufacturing teams to implement and maintain quality management systems, conduct quality audits, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Duties

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols in line with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and CGMP standards. Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and HACCP guidelines. Perform quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects or areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage quality systems documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records associated with QA/QC activities. Lead root cause analysis investigations for non-conformances and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Provide training and support to team members on quality management practices and regulatory requirements. Utilize project management skills to oversee quality-related projects from inception through completion.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in a Quality Engineer role within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, ISO 9001, and related standards. Familiarity with quality audits, quality control processes, inspection techniques, and quality assurance methodologies. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively. Experience in project management is a plus, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
