Job Description

1. Inspect and test electronic components, assemblies, and finished products.

2. Ensure compliance with industry standards.

3. Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.

4. Perform functional, performance, and environmental tests on electronic products.

5. Use tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and automated test equipment (ATE).

6. Analyze test data and identify trends or recurring issues.

7. Investigate product failures and root causes.

8. Work with design and production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

9. Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality issues.

10. Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.

11. Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.

12. Recommend improvements to manufacturing processes to enhance product quality.

13. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues in raw materials or components.

14. Ensure all testing and measuring equipment is calibrated and functioning correctly.

15. Validate new testing equipment and procedures.

16. Work closely with R&D, production, and procurement teams.

17. Provide feedback to design teams to improve product manufacturability and reliability.

18. Train production staff on quality standards and inspection techniques.

19. Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

20. Strong knowledge of electronics and circuit analysis.

21. Good communication and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
