Key Responsibilities: o

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures. o

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). o Perform inspections, audits, and tests to ensure product and process compliance with specifications and standards. o

Monitor production processes for conformance to standards and identify improvement areas. o

Maintain and update documentation such as control plans, inspection instructions, and quality reports. o

Train staff on quality standards and processes. o Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. o Analyze data and create reports on quality performance metrics

2 to 5 years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or process improvement roles. o
Knowledge of quality systems and standards such as ISO 9001, EHS (ISO14000), OSHAS (ISO 45000) or similar. o

Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, CAPA, and Six Sigma methodologies. o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. o

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software. o Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,816.98 per month
