Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through comprehensive inspection and testing procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, quality control standards, and an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
: Quality Control

Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Product Inspection:
Perform thorough inspections of mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products to identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
3.
Testing and Analysis
: Conduct various tests and experiments to evaluate the performance, durability, and functionality of mechanical systems and components.
4.
Documentation:
Prepare detailed reports and documentation of inspection findings, test results, and quality metrics. Maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
5.
Root Cause Analysis:
Investigate quality issues and deviations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
6.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in manufacturing processes to optimize product quality and reliability.
7.
Supplier Quality Management:
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components, and address quality issues effectively.
8.
Cross-functional Collaboration
: Work closely with design engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to communicate quality requirements, resolve quality issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
9.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM) pertaining to product quality and safety.
Proficiency in coordinating and facilitating third-party inspections, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications
.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in quality control/assurance roles within the manufacturing industry, preferably in mechanical or automotive sectors.
3. Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
