Job Description

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures for mould manufacturing and plastic moulded components. Conduct

incoming, in-process, and final inspection

of raw materials, moulds, and finished parts. Monitor

dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and functional requirements

of moulds and moulded parts using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, CMM, Profile Projector, etc.). Review and ensure compliance with

customer specifications, drawings, and standards

. Prepare and maintain

quality documentation

such as Inspection Reports, Control Plans, PPAP, FMEA, and CAPA. Investigate and resolve

non-conformities, defects, and customer complaints

. Work closely with the production and design team to implement corrective and preventive actions. Support

ISO, IATF, or other quality audits

(internal & external). Drive

continuous improvement initiatives

in manufacturing processes to reduce rejection and improve efficiency. Train operators and inspectors on

quality awareness, standard inspection practices, and defect identification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
