Quality Engineer in a Contracting Firm (Residential Projects Construction Industry)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring quality standards across all construction processes and project phases. knowledge must know - Materials testing, Alu foam farm work, P.T. SLAB, and quality assurance submission.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes at the project site. Conduct regular site inspections, material checks, and ensure compliance with technical specifications. Prepare and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Reports. Monitor and report non-conformities (NCRs) and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions. Liaise with project engineers, consultants, and client representatives for quality audits and approvals. Maintain all quality-related documentation and records as per ISO standards. Ensure all construction work complies with IS codes, safety, and quality norms.
Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Experience: Minimum 3 years in QA/QC roles Strong knowledge of Mivan shuttering, high-rise buildings, and construction materials Excellent understanding of IS Codes, material testing, and documentation Good communication and coordination skills Certification in ISO 9001:2015 QMS, NDT, or relevant quality training is a plus

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
