Boson Motors is a Silicon Valley based startup focusing on farm automation. We are working on solving farming/agriculture automation challenges with our electric vehicles and computer vision.
Key Responsibilities :
? Lead incoming quality inspection of fabricated sub-assembled parts, sheet metal, fasteners, plastic parts, and post-coating processes.
? Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems aligned with ISO standards.
? Inspect and test mechanical, electrical, and electronic parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
? Monitor process performance and initiate improvements where required.
? Collaborate with operations and suppliers to implement preventive and corrective actions.
? Conduct root cause analysis for product or process failures and ensure permanent corrective measures.
? Guide and support quality inspectors and shop-floor workers, ensuring adherence to standards.
? Maintain quality records, documentation, and audit readiness.
? Act as a bridge between internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues effectively.
? Drive a culture of continuous improvement and a zero-defect mindset within the organization.
Qualifications :
? B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering (or equivalent).
? 5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in automotive or EV manufacturing.
? Hands-on knowledge of incoming inspection, coating processes, and assembly quality checks.
? Strong understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and quality management systems.
? Skilled in 7 QC tools, FMEA, CAPA, and problem-solving methodologies.

Pay: ₹10,236.86 - ₹40,731.70 per month
