Job Description

We are looking for a

Quality Engineer

with expertise in

welding inspections, NDT Level 2, and structural fabrication quality control

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality assurance, inspection techniques, and ISO standards compliance in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

welding inspections

to ensure compliance with WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications) and industry standards.
Conduct

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) - Level 2

inspections, including VT, PT, MT, and UT.
Inspect

structural fabrication

for defects, accuracy, and quality assurance.
Ensure adherence to

ISO standards

and company quality management system (QMS).
Prepare and maintain

quality reports, inspection documents, and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)

.
Work closely with production and welding teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Implement

corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

for continuous quality improvement.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Metallurgical Engineering.

2 - 3 years of experience

in

structural fabrication quality control

.

Certified NDT Level 2 (VT, PT, MT, UT)

.
Strong knowledge of

welding processes, WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications

.
Familiarity with

ISO 9001, quality management systems, and inspection techniques

.
Experience in handling

quality documentation and reporting

.
Ability to read and interpret

engineering and fabrication drawings

.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
