1. Quality Control & Assurance
Implement and maintain

first article inspections (FAI), in-process checks, and final inspections

2. Process Monitoring & Improvement
Monitor
manufacturing processes
to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.
Identify and analyze
root causes of defects
using
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
.
Implement
Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
methodologies for process improvement.
3. Testing & Inspection
Develop and execute
testing procedures
for raw materials, components, and finished products.
Utilize
CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), gauges, and other precision instruments
for inspections.
Ensure compliance with
quality standards, tolerances, and customer requirements
.
4. Supplier & Material Quality Management
Conduct
supplier audits and evaluations
to ensure material quality.
Collaborate with the
procurement team
to source high-quality materials.
Maintain
incoming material inspection reports
and ensure supplier compliance.
5. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain
quality records, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs)
.
Ensure compliance with
ISO, GMP, and industry regulations
.
Assist in preparing for
internal and external audits
.
6. Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Investigate
customer complaints and product failures
.
Implement
corrective actions to prevent recurrence
of defects.
Ensure
continuous improvement of product and process quality
.
7. Training & Awareness
Conduct
quality awareness programs
for production and engineering teams.
Train employees on
quality standards, defect prevention, and best practices

Promote a
culture of quality consciousness
within the organization.
8. Coordination with Other Departments
Work closely with
production, maintenance, and design teams
to resolve quality issues.
Collaborate with R&D for

Ensure alignment of quality goals with

9. Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze
defect trends, process capability (Cp, Cpk), and statistical process control (SPC) data
.
Prepare
weekly and monthly quality reports
for management.
Recommend process optimizations based on
